Welcome to the Val Verde Homeowners Association homepage.  This site is used to disseminate information about the neighborhood events, news, and information. 

Per covenants establish when Val Verde was platted membership in the Association is mandatory for all home owners of the Val Verde neighborhood in La Vista, NE

Periodic member meetings are held at Portal Elementary School beginning at 7:00 pm.  Meeting announcements will be mailed to each homeowner in advance of  meetings.  For upcoming meeting information, please click on the News and Info link on the left.  Minutes for all previous meetings are posted under the meeting minutes link on the left.
