The HOA Board of Directors regularly report on the health of HOA finances in order to communicate to members exactly where the mandatory assessment fees are being spent. The Accountants issue quarterly financial reports which are posted on this page. 

Fees collected are used for common property insurance for entrance signs, officer and event liability insurance, and landscaping the common areas at both the Val Verde Dr. and Centennial Rd. entrances, and the Val Verde Dr. round-a-bout near 97th Street.  Some funds are also set aside for neighborhood events, including the neighborhood party.  Copies of the financial reports are available for download.  Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, available as a free download.

The Val Verde HOA has retained Lengemann & Associates P.C.,  accounting firm to manage the financial records, assessments and accounts for the association. Any questions regarding financial records for the association can be directed to Brittany Kuch, or Beth Korcek at 402-592-1236.
