HOA monthly and quarterly financial reports

The Directors regularly report on the health of HOA finances to let members understand what the mandatory assessments are used to purchase.  Fees collected are used for common property insurance for entrance signs, officer and event liability insurance, and landscaping the common areas at both the Val Verde Dr. and Centennial Rd. entrances, and the Val Verde Dr. round-a-bout near 97th Street.  Some funds are also set aside for neighborhood events, including the neighborhood party.  Copies of the financial reports are available for download below.  Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, available as a free download through the link at the right.

The Val Verde HOA Board of Directors has retained Lengemann & Associates, CPA accounting firm to manage the financial records, assessments, and accounts for the association.
