The By-Laws require an annual meeting and board election by association members. Meetings are held annually on the fourth Monday in January at Portal Elementary School Media Center beginning at 7:00 pm. Meetings are announced via mailings per By- Laws, social media and signs posted at north and south east entries to the neighborhood.
Minutes of past meetings are posted below. If needed, paper copies of meetings minutes are available from any current HOA board member.
